INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of cauliflower – chopped into thin florets (see note)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (see note)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixture over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet (see note).
