PARMESAN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

The ultimate oven-roasted cauliflower recipe you’ll ever need! Perfectly crispy, infused with garlic, and topped with cheesy goodness—all ready in just 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower – chopped into thin florets (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (see note)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixture over the cauliflower and toss again.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet (see note).
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown around the edges.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

NOTES

  • Chopping the cauliflower: Cut the florets in half lengthwise to create flat surfaces. This helps them lay flat on the baking sheet and ensures even browning.
  • Parmesan cheese: Pre-grated Parmesan cheese from a shaker works well for this recipe, creating a crispy, golden crust on the cauliflower.
  • Crispy cauliflower: For an extra-crispy texture, line your baking sheet with parchment paper before adding the cauliflower.
