PEANUT SAUCE FOR SPRING ROLLS

Spring rolls are perfect when paired with a creamy, spicy-sweet Thai peanut sauce for dipping! This quick and easy 5-minute recipe is the ultimate choice. Just whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce for a delicious homemade sauce. You can easily adjust the ingredients to suit your taste preferences!

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce or Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar, honey, or pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½-1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 3-6 Tbsp warm water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for the water. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • This recipe makes about ¾ cup of sauce (12 tablespoons). Serve it with fresh spring rolls and enjoy!
