KETO DINNER ROLLS – SOFT AND FLUFFY

These easy keto dinner rolls are soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious—perfect as a dinner side or for creating tasty sliders.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease 6 holes of a square muffin tin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well blended.
  • Add the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a thick batter.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the 6 prepared muffin tin holes.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls spring back when lightly pressed.
  • Let the rolls cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
