INGREDIENTS

  • 475g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup (0.35) heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur or espresso
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 ladyfinger biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using an electric mixer, beat the mascarpone in a large bowl for about 1 minute.
  • Add the cream, sugar, and coffee liqueur (or espresso) and continue to beat until the mixture thickens slightly, about 1 minute.
  • Divide the pudding mixture evenly into 8 ramekins or dessert dishes (approximately 1/3 cup per serving).
  • Sift cocoa powder over the top of each serving.
  • Serve with ladyfinger biscuits on the side.
