MICROWAVE MUG CAKE NO MILK & NO EGG

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Grease a ramekin or mug (at least 6 ounces) with dairy-free butter.
  • In the ramekin, whisk together the first four ingredients with a fork.
  • Add the baking soda, then pour the vinegar over it—watch it fizz!
  • Stir in the remaining three ingredients, mixing well until the batter is smooth.
