A quick and easy fix for your holiday cravings!
INGREDIENTS (US UNITS)
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups pecans (chopped or halves)

DIRECTIONS
- Combine almond flour and melted butter, then press the mixture into an 8″ or 9″ pie plate. Refrigerate to set.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with Splenda.
- Stir in vanilla, melted butter, and syrup, then fold in the pecans.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!
