INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée (frozen for a thicker texture – see note)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ scoop low-carb vanilla protein powder (such as IsoPure Zero Carb Vanilla)
- ¼ teaspoon liquid vanilla stevia
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep the Pumpkin (Optional): Freezing pumpkin purée makes the smoothie thicker and colder. To do this, scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto a cookie sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours. Once frozen, transfer them to a ziplock bag for easy use.
- If using fresh (unfrozen) pumpkin, add 3-5 ice cubes for thickness.
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. The chia seeds help thicken the smoothie, so blending well is key.
- Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
