INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered Swerve
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease 8 oz ramekins or other small glass baking dishes with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients with a fork to eliminate lumps.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then whisk until well combined.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared dishes.
