INGREDIENTS

  • 16 eggs
  • 8 slices of deli ham
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat
Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 2: Prepare the ham
Cut each slice of deli ham in half, creating 16 pieces. Press each piece into the cavities of the muffin tin.

Step 3: Add the cheese
Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese over the ham slices.

Step 4: Add the eggs
Crack an egg into each muffin cup and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400°F, or until the eggs are set to your preference. Enjoy!
