These Keto Chocolate Nut Clusters are a simple and delicious low-carb treat. Made with just three ingredients, they come together in minutes for the perfect quick dessert!
INGREDIENTS
- 9 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips (I use this brand—Code PEACE for 20% off)
- ¼ cup unrefined coconut oil
- 2 cups salted mixed nuts

INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Stir with a rubber spatula until smooth. Let cool slightly before using. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler (see note below).
- Add the mixed nuts to the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to prevent them from sticking together.
- Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks or freeze for longer storage.
NOTES
To use a double boiler, place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with about one inch of water. Ensure the bowl doesn’t touch the water and is suspended above the waterline.
