One of our favorite Keto snacks is homemade baked cheese crisps—crunchy, bite-sized treats that are absolutely delicious. While we can occasionally find them at the grocery store, they tend to be pricey. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about making our own, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well they turned out!
Equipment
- Nonstick parchment paper
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Sargento Ultra Thin cheese slices (1 package)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line two large baking sheets with nonstick parchment paper.
- Separate the cheese slices, remove the paper, and stack them evenly. Cut the stack into four pieces.
- Lay the pieces out on the parchment paper, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes.
- Let the crisps cool.
- Place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil, then transfer to a serving bowl or plate. Enjoy!
