Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, excess fat removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken thighs. Evenly season both sides with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
