INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onion (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the drumsticks in a dish with a lid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, ketchup, chili paste, honey, and brown sugar. Whisk until well blended.
- Pour the sauce over the drumsticks, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line two 9×13 inch baking dishes with a double layer of foil.
- Place the drumsticks in the dishes and pour the sauce over them, coating both sides. Bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, flip the drumsticks and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and reduced.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
