INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles (1 package)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- 2 ½ cups shredded chicken (use leftover, rotisserie, or cooked chicken)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease your baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, parmesan, chicken, half & half, and spices. Mix well until fully combined.
- Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish, followed by half of the cheesy sauce mixture.
- Add another layer of spaghetti, then top with the remaining sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil and broil for 2-4 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
