These Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes are a family favorite that’s both easy and cheesy! A no-fail recipe, it’s perfect for dinner, potlucks, or whenever you’re short on time and want a simple fix-it-and-forget-it meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- In the crockpot, combine the potatoes, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, remove the lid and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top. Cover again and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
