Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled before freezing
- 2-3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk for a thinner smoothie or less for a thicker texture.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and, if desired, top with fresh blueberries and granola. Enjoy!

- Use frozen bananas and blueberries for the best texture. You can buy pre-frozen berries or freeze ripe bananas (with spotty yellow peels) at home. To freeze bananas, peel and place them in a sealed ziplock bag or container. They’ll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months.
