A classic charcuterie board typically features meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, and bread, all beautifully arranged on a wooden board. For this low-carb version, we’ve skipped the traditional crackers and replaced them with keto-friendly cheese chips and crispy pepperoni chips instead.

There are plenty of delicious meats to include on a charcuterie board. For this keto-friendly version, I primarily used different types of salami, but nearly any meat can work. While I prefer cured meats for a keto snack platter, lunch meats are also an option.

EPIC KETO CHARCUTERIE BOARD
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup garlic-stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup pickled mushrooms
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup small pickles
- 9 slices white cheddar cheese
- 9 yellow cheddar cheese chips
- 9 pepper jack cheese chips
- 20 slices mini pepperoni
- 5 prosciutto-wrapped cheese sticks
- 1/2 stick hard salami, sliced
- 1 stick pepper-coated salami, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup bacon jalapeño cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 pound sliced salami
- 3 slices prosciutto
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prep the Ingredients:
- Slice the hard salami, peppered salami, and regular salami, keeping them separate.
- Cube the cheddar and bacon jalapeño cheddar cheese.
2. Make the Chips:
- Pepperoni Chips: Place the mini pepperoni slices on a paper towel-lined plate and microwave for 1 minute until crisp.
- Cheese Chips: Slice the pepper jack, white cheddar, and yellow cheddar cheese into small pieces. Arrange on a parchment-lined plate and microwave for 1 minute.
3. Assemble the Board:
- Place four small bowls on your platter.
- Fill the largest bowl with pickles. Fill the remaining bowls with olives, mushrooms, and peppers.
- Arrange the cheese chips in a swirl from the bottom left to the top right.
- Place the pepperoni chips on the left-hand side, between the olives and cheese chips.
- Position the prosciutto-wrapped cheese sticks next to the pickles and peppers.
- Place the peppered salami in a swirl above the pickles.
- Add the bacon jalapeño cheddar cubes on the right-hand side, between the cheese chips and peppered salami.
- Arrange the cheddar cheese cubes in the top left corner.
- Fold the sliced salami and place it beside the peppers and mushrooms.
- Roll the prosciutto slices and place them in the empty space at the top of the board.
