INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preparing the Meatball Mixture
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and shredded cheese.
- Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Step 2: Shaping the Meatballs
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into 1.5-inch balls.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Step 3: Baking the Meatballs
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and lightly browned.
Step 4: Glazing the Meatballs
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and sriracha, adjusting the heat to your preference.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and brush generously with the glaze.
- Return the meatballs to the oven for 3–5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
Step 5: Serving
- Let the meatballs cool slightly, then transfer them to a serving dish.
- Garnish with dried parsley or sliced green onions for a fresh touch.
