HONEY SRIRACHA TURKEY MEATBALLS

These delicious Honey Sriracha Turkey Meatballs combine lean ground turkey, panko, and bold seasonings for a flavorful bite. Coated in a sweet and spicy honey-sriracha glaze, they’re sure to be a hit with any crowd!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cage-Free Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preparing the Meatball Mixture

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and shredded cheese.
  • Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.

Step 2: Shaping the Meatballs

  • Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into 1.5-inch balls.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

Step 3: Baking the Meatballs

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and lightly browned.

Step 4: Glazing the Meatballs

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and sriracha, adjusting the heat to your preference.
  • Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and brush generously with the glaze.
  • Return the meatballs to the oven for 3–5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Step 5: Serving

  • Let the meatballs cool slightly, then transfer them to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with dried parsley or sliced green onions for a fresh touch.
