INGREDIENTS
Meat Patties:
- 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage (or 4 sausage patties)
- Salt and pepper
Omelet:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup (200ml) whole milk
- 4 tbsp. softened butter
- Salt and pepper
Pancakes:
- 1 ¼ cups (160g) all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup (150ml) milk
- 2 ⅞ tbsp. (40g) melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. salt
Finishing Touches:
- 6 slices crispy bacon
- 4 slices American cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Meat Patties:
- In a bowl, gently knead the ground sausage with your hands and shape it into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in a grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Omelet:
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until fully combined, then stir in the milk.
- Heat butter in a large pan and pour in ¼ of the egg mixture.
- Cook on low heat until set, sprinkle with salt, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Fold the omelet into thirds, then shape it into a square. Repeat for the remaining eggs to create 4 omelets.
Pancakes:
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt). Add milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup, stirring until the batter is smooth and thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan with butter, then pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat to make 8 pancakes.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, either in a pan or using a microwave.
Assembling the McGriddles:
- Place one pancake on a plate and layer with a slice of American cheese.
- Add a sausage patty, followed by an omelet and crispy bacon slices.
- Top with a second pancake. Repeat to assemble 4 McGriddles.
