CHICKEN BUBBLE BISCUIT BAKE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr Biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch pan by spraying it with cooking spray. We’re setting up for a delicious meal!
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese (save some for later), Ranch dressing mix, and bacon. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Open the biscuits and cut each one into 4 pieces. Toss the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture and mix again.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.
