- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 pound Mahi Mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the lemon slices on the sheet to create a bed for the mahi mahi fillets.
- Place the fish on top of the lemon slices and brush both sides with melted butter.
