Nguyen Phat Tri, a renowned hairdresser from Vietnam, recently went viral on social media for her stunning flower-shaped hairstyles. Originally a biotechnology graduate, he ultimately followed his passion for makeup and hair.
In an interview, he shared, “I love my country, and I want to create hairstyles that represent the culture and people of Vietnam. I am very much a perfectionist when it comes to creating a new hairstyle. I need time, creativity, and meticulous research. The journey to complete a hairstyle, from the initial concept to the final product, is not a simple one. I have to sketch the design, plan the layout and shapes, and then find the materials and accessories. Each hairstyle I create varies in complexity, and the time it takes to complete them reflects that. Sometimes it takes just 3 to 5 days, while other times it can take 2 to 3 months for a new style to come to life. Additionally, I pay close attention to the accessories that accompany the hairstyle, as they play an important role in making my work stand out.”
