KETO MINI EGG FAST PIZZAS

Craving pizza but sticking to a strict keto diet or an egg fast? These mini pizzas are the perfect answer! Bursting with flavor, low in carbs, and oh-so-satisfying, they’re ideal for a quick meal or a fun appetizer. With these keto-friendly delights, you won’t miss the carbs—because you’ve got pizza!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sriracha sauce, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or spray a nonstick muffin top pan. Set it aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the 6 muffin top cups.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over each mini pizza.
  • Add the dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder to each pizza for extra flavor.
  • Drizzle a swirl of Sriracha sauce over the top of each pizza.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the pizzas are puffed up and golden brown. Note that they will puff like muffins while baking but will deflate once removed from the oven.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the irresistible aroma—grab yours quickly before they disappear!

  • This recipe yields 6 keto-friendly mini egg fast pizzas.
