INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
  • 4 cups of juice (choose any juice except pineapple)
  • 8 tablespoons of gelatin (Vital Proteins is my favorite brand)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil.
  • To bloom the gelatin, pour 3 cups of juice into a shallow bowl. Evenly sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. The gelatin will absorb the juice and form a texture resembling applesauce. Stir it up, and you’ll no longer see any white gelatin.
  • While the gelatin blooms, heat the remaining 1 cup of juice in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the juice is warm, add the gelatin/juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture carefully into the greased pan. Place the pan in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours to allow the gummies to set.
  • Once set, cut the gummies into squares or your preferred shapes, and enjoy!
