INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 average-sized breasts)
- Kosher salt, to taste

- 1 to 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning or Salute Seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts, seasoning with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.

- Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it on a plate to rest.
- To deglaze the skillet, add the chicken broth or wine and bring the liquid to a boil for a few seconds.
- Add the butter and stir until melted, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, turning off the heat. Coat the chicken in the garlic butter sauce, mixing well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
