INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the pits and stems.
- Slice the plums into your preferred size.
- Arrange them skin-side down on the dehydrator trays.
- Set the dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and dry for 10–18+ hours.
- Allow the plums to cool, then check for doneness.
- Condition the dried plums.
- Store in an airtight container.
