This Baked Crack Chicken recipe is incredibly easy to make and packed with flavor that will knock your socks off!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb thick-cut bacon
- 1 ½ – 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8 small or 4 large breasts, halved)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Keep the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken in the hot bacon fat for 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish and set aside.
- Make the topping – In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning with a fork. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
- Assemble the dish – Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Crumble the cooked bacon and sprinkle it over the top. Then, evenly distribute the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
