ASIAN SALAD DRESSING

Minced garlic blended with soy sauce, chili flakes, toasted sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons Tamari or soy sauce
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and rice vinegar until the sugar fully dissolves.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the dressing is well emulsified.
  • For best results, refrigerate for 24 hours before use.
