NACHO CHEESE BEEF WRAP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onions and chopped bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel with the nacho cheese sauce.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with the seasoned meat, a dollop of sour cream, sautéed onions and peppers, and a handful of crushed Doritos.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll them up tightly like a burrito.
  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.
  • Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and your favorite toppings.
