Ingredients
- Pancake mix (we used whole milk instead of water for extra nutrition)
- Blueberries
- Diced strawberries
- Chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pancake mix according to the package instructions. We swapped water for whole milk, but low-fat milk works too.
- Lightly spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into each donut cavity, making sure to wipe off any batter around the middle to prevent spillage.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops spring back when gently pressed.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing. Enjoy!
