INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (red or mixed colors)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 pound pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain and set the pasta aside.
