This easy, creamy, and cheesy chicken and broccoli dish is made in the crockpot with cream of mushroom soup, beef onion soup mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 package beef onion soup mix
- 6-8 cups broccoli florets (about 1-2 heads of broccoli)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the diced chicken in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the beef onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Add the chopped broccoli and onion on top of the chicken.
- Pour both cans of soup over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Stir everything together to combine thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Once cooking is complete, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top and let it melt for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles for a complete meal!
Notes: If you only have one type of soup on hand, you can use two cans of the same soup instead.
