AIR FRYER NUTELLA BOMBS

Air Fryer Nutella Bombs are a simple and delicious treat made with just four ingredients. Start with a can of refrigerated biscuits, separate them, and fill each one with Nutella. Roll them into balls and air fry until golden brown. Once cooked, dust with confectioners’ sugar for the perfect finishing touch. Each bite is packed with creamy Nutella goodness!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits (not flaky layers)
  • 1 cup (280 g) Nutella
  • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup (31 g) confectioners’ sugar (for dusting)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Separate the biscuits into two layers. Flatten each layer into a 4-inch circle. You should have 16 circles in total.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each circle.
  • Fold the edges of the dough over the Nutella, pinching the sides together to seal. Shape the dough into balls, ensuring the thickness is uniform for even cooking.
  • Brush the tops and bottoms of the balls with melted butter.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Working in batches, place the Nutella-filled dough balls into the air fryer basket, leaving about 2 inches of space between them.
  • Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  • Serve with a dusting of confectioners’ sugar.
