CROCKPOT CHEESY POTATOES

These Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes are a family favorite that’s both easy and cheesy! A no-fail recipe, it’s perfect for dinner, potlucks, or whenever you’re short on time and want a simple fix-it-and-forget-it meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In the crockpot, combine the potatoes, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, remove the lid and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top. Cover again and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
