CREAMY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette is a quick and simple dressing that works perfectly for salads or as a marinade. I prefer it so much more than the store-bought versions, and it’s a healthier option too!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and well-mixed.
  • With the blender running on medium-low, slowly pour in the olive oil in a steady stream.
  • Gradually increase the blender speed as you add the oil, blending until fully combined.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
