INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pints unfiltered kombucha
  • 4 small apples or 2 large apples, chopped (skin on)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (remove the central stem)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop the apples into small pieces, leaving the skin intact.
  • Finely chop the rosemary, discarding the thick center stem.
  • Pour the kombucha into a clean glass jar.
  • Add the apples and rosemary, ensuring minimal headspace.
  • Let ferment at room temperature (70-85°F) for at least 72 hours.
