CROCKPOT PIEROGI CASSEROLE WITH KIELBASA

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine Ingredients in Crockpot: In a 4-6 quart crockpot, add 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything together to distribute evenly.
