INGREDIENTS
- 5 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare your Crock Pot, setting it to low (6 hours) or high (3 hours).
- Place the chicken thighs in an even layer on the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Combine the seasonings and sprinkle them evenly over the chicken thighs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Place the butter slices on top of the chicken thighs.
- Cover and cook on your chosen setting.
- Serve warm with a side of fresh white rice and a salad.
