Thick Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks are the ultimate vegetable steak recipe! They’re simple to prepare, with a crispy exterior, tender interior, and stunning presentation. These steaks make a perfect appetizer or a delicious side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • Salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or garlic paste)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Mix the garlic powder, turmeric, onion powder, cumin powder, and salt with the oil until you achieve a paste-like consistency.
  • Use a food-basting brush (like an OXO brush) to apply the paste evenly onto both sides of each cauliflower steak.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place the cauliflower steaks in the air fryer basket or tray and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
