This quick and easy air fryer gnocchi recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it’s perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish. Use frozen, shelf-stable, or refrigerated gnocchi—whether potato, cauliflower, or sweet potato—for a deliciously simple treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen – regular, cauliflower, or sweet potato)
- 1–2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2–3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F and lightly coat the basket with olive oil spray.
- In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parmesan. If using frozen gnocchi, do not thaw.
- Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer to ensure crispiness.
- For shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 11–14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For frozen gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 13–16 minutes, shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes. Frozen gnocchi takes slightly longer, but the result should still be crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with extra parmesan and fresh parsley. Enjoy as a side dish, appetizer with marinara or pesto for dipping, or as crunchy “croutons” on salads.

- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes until warm and crispy.
