CHICKEN BROCCOLI STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 pieces chicken breast fillets (skinless), cubed
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or griddle. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the garlic, ginger powder, coconut aminos, and honey. Stir to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the broccoli florets and stir. Continue cooking on medium-low heat for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  • Just before finishing, sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and stir to evenly distribute.
