- Worcestershire Sauce

- Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked onion and garlic, egg, tomato sauce, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape the mixture into 4 to 5 Salisbury steaks.
- Heat oil in the pan and brown the steaks in batches for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Add more oil to the pan and pour in the beef broth, sautéed mushrooms, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine, then add the cornstarch slurry.
- Return the steaks to the pan, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
- Your juicy Salisbury steaks are ready to serve!
