These easy Bacon Gouda Egg Bites, inspired by Starbucks, are perfect for busy mornings or a quick afternoon snack. Made in a muffin tin, they’re great for meal prep, freezer-friendly, and ideal for grab-and-go bites throughout the day!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 7 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (any variety)
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheese (Gouda, Gruyère, cheddar, or your favorite)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Red pepper flakes, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese, leaving a little space at the top of each cup.
- Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are just set and begin pulling away from the edges.
