INGREDIENTS
For the Dip:
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bundle green onions, chopped
- ½ pound bacon, fried and chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
For the Topping:
- ½ pound bacon, fried and chopped
- 1 bundle green onions, chopped
- 2 cups pecans, chopped (optional and toasted)
For the Filling:
- 1 (16 ounce) jar of jam (seedless raspberry recommended)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a 15-cup bundt pan with plastic wrap, ensuring the pieces are large enough to hang over the edges.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, both cheeses, green onions, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bacon grease.
- Layer the bottom of the prepared bundt pan with the toppings: bacon, green onions, and pecans (if using).
- Spoon the dip mixture over the toppings, pressing down lightly. Cover with the hanging plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap from the top of the dip, flip the bundt pan onto a platter, and remove any remaining plastic wrap.
