- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease 6 holes of a square muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Add the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a thick batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the 6 prepared muffin tin holes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls spring back when lightly pressed.
- Let the rolls cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
