Ingredients:
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (such as Sambal Oelek)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and set the heat to low.
- Stir constantly until the apricot preserves fully dissolve and blend with the other ingredients.
