5 MINUTE HEALTHY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

This light and healthy cream cheese frosting, made with Greek yogurt, is both delicious and easy to make. With just 5 simple ingredients, it can be prepared in about 5 minutes. Perfect for cakes, cookies, or as a fruit dip, this refined sugar-free frosting is sure to become your new favorite!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain softened cream cheese (I prefer whipped cream cheese)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes a thick, smooth frosting.
  • Use on your favorite cakes or cookies, as a fruit dip, or in a fruit parfait.
