Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt, stirring until everything is well mixed and begins to bubble, about 2-3 minutes. Add the sliced apples, tossing to coat, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the apples are tender and the sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.
