AIR FRYER TUNA STEAKS

These Air Fryer Tuna Steaks are tender and juicy, offering a quick and effortless meal. Marinated in a flavorful Asian-inspired blend of soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil, the steaks are perfectly cooked and packed with delicious taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tuna steaks (5-6 oz each), skin removed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Garnish

  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large ziplock bag, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and tuna steaks. Allow the tuna to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tuna from the bag and place the steaks in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, 5-6 minutes for medium, or 6-7 minutes for well-done.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and serve with soy sauce on the side.
