AIR FRYER RANCH CHICKEN BREAST

This air fryer ranch chicken breast is a quick and delicious low-carb dinner the whole family will enjoy! INGREDIENTS

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the air fryer.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Slice each breast in half lengthwise, like a bagel. Then, use a meat tenderizer or a heavy pan to pound the cutlets to an even thickness.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, and crushed garlic. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of each cutlet.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then carefully place the cutlets inside.
  • Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
